Yvonne is an art writer, curator, and the Singapore Desk Editor for ArtAsiaPacific. She regularly contributes to leading art publications, with writing appearing in Frieze, The Art Newspaper, Art SG, The Culture Story, Asia Art Archive’s IDEAS Journal, Art & Market, among others. She also writes commissioned essays for catalogues and artist books, and moderates artist conversations.

Most recently, Yvonne curated Seeing Through Matter (2025), a group show, at Sullivan+Strumpf Singapore, developing the show’s conceptual framework through in-depth dialogue with the artists.

Alongside her editorial and curatorial practice, Yvonne draws on experience in strategic communications within the arts, culture, and hospitality sectors. She advises select art platforms and institutions in the Asia-Pacific on building meaningful artistic and institutional connections.

Yvonne holds an MA in Asian Art Histories from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics. She earned her BA from Boston University, where she double-majored in Political Science & Philosophy and East Asian Studies. Her interdisciplinary academic background informs her critical, nuanced approach to writing about contemporary art.
